Goodmorning and Early afternoon Ladies, as I was going to try and join you all in Jacksonville today I unfortunately had to cancel. Today was a day of Community Support, family support and involvement with Pearlie Mae Ford Community Service Club of Sanford, Inc. in the 3k Breast Cancer awareness walk as I (#MsBlackSanfordUSA), gone out with the Ladies in leadership along with Survivors, Supporters and Worshippers along with Men in leadership and Worship with Survivors and supporters as well. Not only was it a walk for the survivors but also loved ones of people whom we've lost to Cancer or any cancer. Doing our journey Glorious Hands Inc. were in attendance with the Jewls of the program cheering all attendees on as we either walked, power walked, jogged or ran along the directed path designated for us at Ft. Mellon Park today. And as we crossed the finish line, a Medal and Goody bag was given out. Various vendors, Pictures and pinwheel signing.

This event was the 1st Annual 3k Breast Cancer Awareness Walk for Pearlie Mae Ford and I hope that this brings on more awareness and it broading even more in the Year's to come.

Remember: Earlier detection is the key to your health. Get tested, perform your self exams at home in between your cycles and for non cycles once a month or what your doctor recommend. And not only just for Cancer but for any illness that would try and affect the body. You all have a good day!
